Element Grappling-Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will be hosting a free open mat at 1130-1300. There is no charge, completely free and everyone is welcome to join regardless of experience level. We are located right outside of Fort Bragg. Just take the Reilly gate ACP turn left and you are almost there! Click here for directions.
