We had a busy week competing at Carolina Combat League in Charlotte NC. The event was amazing! Element Grappling 

had the opportunity to compete not only in a white/blue belt tournament, but also a Quintet team series and 3 Super Fight matches as well! Our athletes that competed in the tournament both did exceptionally well pulling of some amazing submissions! We had two teams compete in the Quintet matches and both of our teams won via multiple Submissions, triangles, Kimuras, Heel hooks!

We had two coaches compete in 3 total Super Fight matches, we went 2–1 against some very skilled opponents! It was a long day as our Head Coach showed up from 0900 and stayed all the way to 2330! Regardless of the timeline the event was a huge success! Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as a whole is blowing up and becoming extremely popular. We at Element Grappling-Brazilian Jiu Jitsu are extremely honored to take part of this and to represent Fayetteville, North Carolina! Element Grappling-Brazilian Jiu Jitsu showed up, we performed. We supported each other. We congratulated our opponents when they beat us, we helped our opponents up after we beat them. We helped grow the community of Jiu Jitsu in North Carolina. That is what we are about. That is who we are. Come train with us, come roll with us, come learn with us. See you on the mats!
